Wonderful newer NYC hotel in...
- What did you like most?Properry, comfort, staff, and location exceeded my expectations. We appreciated 12 pm check out as most hotels place check out time at 11 am. The extra hour is helpful! We will be back! Thank you Riu
- Was there anything you didn't like?I did not like how all members in the party must go to breakfast at the same time. As a family, we are up at different times and some like to get their coffee in the am first thing, while others like sleeping in. UPDATE- the whole family went as a group to breakfast. Exceptional service and good breakfast choices. Not set up as a grab amd go. Overall, very pleased with hotel and kind, honest staff.
