Lovely hotel, lovely staff and...
- What did you like most?Welcoming reception area, big Christmas tree in the lobby was very nice to see when leaving/arriving. Great location for us.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The tv service was poor. We planned on watching Christmas films on a couple of nights once we had got our daughter to bed however the tv service didn’t provide Christmas films and the films they did have were very expensive!! This was a real downer for us as we really looked forward to this. They really need to get away from that current system and move into modern times… the ability to use Netflix for example would be ideal.
